Galleri CC was founded in 2003 as Cirkulationscentralen. It was located at Nobelvägen 125 as a studio collective, today turning into a construction site for the new residential area emerging at Östra Sorgenfri. In 2015 when Cirkulationscentralen moved into the space at Båstadsgatan 4, the name was changed to Galleri CC to mark its separation with the studio collective. A lot of people have been part of the board, a lot of visions have been filtered through the statutes. A lot of hopes implemented, both from our members and from our exhibiting artists. This book covers Galleri CC’s first four years at Båstadsgatan 4. We are eternally grateful to everyone who’s been part of the collective effort that is Galleri CC.
