Galleri CC proudly presents Shadows and Waves, a solo exhibition by artist Susanne Svantesson.
In Shadows and Waves, Susanne Svantesson explores perception as movement — a shifting boundary between what is seen and what is felt. Through photography and textile, she traces moments of transformation where clarity softens and emotion takes form.

Shadows and waves recur as metaphors for this flux: the shadow as presence within absence, the wave as rhythm and return. Their movement echoes the ebb and flow of thought and feeling.

As in Edith Södergran’s Nocturne — “night’s blue wave, countless glittering waves follow one another” — Svantesson’s images invite us to dwell in the quiet oscillation between light and obscurity, stillness and motion, the outer and the inner world.
